ORDERING & PAYMENT

What currency are your prices in? All our prices are listed and processed in British Pounds (GBP £).

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@sellodox.com immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes, but you can return the item once you receive it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship outside of the UK? Currently, SELLODOX is a UK-exclusive brand. We only ship within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take? We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery (£3.99): Estimated 3-5 business days.

  • Express Delivery (£5.99): Estimated 1-2 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over £50.

How do I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not liable for lost return parcels. However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will cover the return costs.

How long does it take to process a refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

SIZING & FIT

How do I know which size to choose? We use standard UK sizing for all our clothing. Please refer to the specific Size Guide located on every product page to find your perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed streetwear fit.
