Refund and Return Policy
At SELLODOX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process in compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
1. Our 14-Day Return Policy You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@sellodox.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) if the hygiene seal is broken or removed. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) also cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
7. Damaged or Defective Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@sellodox.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
