Shipping policy

1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Currently, SELLODOX exclusively ships within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that high volume periods or unexpected delays from our shipping carriers may slightly extend processing times.

 

3. UK Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following standard delivery options within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: £3.99 (Estimated 3-5 business days)

  • Express Delivery: £5.99 (Estimated 1-2 business days)

  • Free Standard Delivery: Available on all orders over £50.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions or courier-specific disruptions.

4. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@sellodox.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

5. Shipping to P.O. boxes Some shipping carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your chosen carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to request an alternative delivery address.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at support@sellodox.com. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local sorting office before reaching out to our support team.
